Vitarexo provides leadership vitality and performance training designed for individuals and organizations seeking to enhance personal energy and team effectiveness. Services include workshops, coaching sessions, and live events.

2. Digital Products

Our digital offerings include e-guides, video courses, and other downloadable resources that supplement our live and virtual training programs.

3. Merchandise

Vitarexo-branded items and training materials are available for purchase through our online store.

4. Payment and Invoicing

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Live and Virtual Training Sessions

You may request a cancellation or reschedule at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule based on availability. To cancel or reschedule, contact us in writing via our contact form. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable content, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 14 days for support or a potential credit toward another product. Credits remain valid for one year from the date of issue.

5.3 Merchandise

You may return unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and shipped to our facility at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Rescheduling Policy

For live and virtual services, you may transfer your enrollment to a future date if requested at least 7 days prior. Transfers are limited to one per booking and must be confirmed in writing via our contact form.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitarexo’s liability arising from or related to these terms or any service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected offering.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
